What is the caregiver-to-infant ratio?
1 to 4, well below Oregon licensing minimums, with a primary caregiver assigned to each infant.
How is feeding & sleep handled?
We follow each family's schedule. Breastmilk & formula are stored and warmed to protocol; every baby's nap rhythm is honored individually.
Do you accept infants under 3 months?
Yes — from 5 weeks. Onboarding includes a two-week gentle transition designed with the parents.
How do families stay connected during the day?
Educators send photo & note updates through our secure family portal, plus a daily printed summary at pickup.
