Family trust is the foundation of our school. This is how we treat your information.
Information we collect
Through public forms we collect only what is needed to respond: name, contact details, your child's age range and the campus you are interested in. Inside our secure family and staff portals we hold enrollment, health, billing and educational records required to care for children and comply with Oregon licensing.
How we use it
To schedule tours, process admissions and tuition, communicate about your child's day, and meet legal and licensing obligations. We do not sell family information, and we do not use children's records for advertising.
How we protect it
Private records live behind authenticated accounts with role-based permissions enforced on our servers. Access is limited to the least information a role requires, administrator actions are logged, and sensitive documents are served only to authorized, signed-in users.
Children's privacy
Children do not create accounts and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Photographs and observations are shared only with the child's family and authorized staff unless a parent gives written consent for broader use.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your family's records, correct inaccurate information, withdraw consent for photography, or ask us to delete inquiry data. Call 541.604.0166 and we will help.
